What you can expect at a meeting

Come to any Weight Watchers meeting near you for FREE* and experience for yourself why people who attend Weight Watchers meetings lose 3 times more weight as those who go it alone.¹

As a guest at the meeting, you’ll receive information about how Weight Watchers works.
You can participate in the conversation or just sit back and take it all in. The meeting will last 30 to 45 minutes, followed by a quick Getting Started session which covers the basics of Weight Watchers and our approach to weight loss. You are welcome to attend the meeting and Getting Started session before deciding if you'd like to become a Weight Watchers member.
If you decide to join, you will pay the weekly fee and registration fee, if it is in effect. Once you are a member, you will receive your Week 1 program materials.
Of course, if you are not ready to join at this time, you’re always welcome back!
